If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform. CashJugaad reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Platform. By using CashJugaad, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a resident of India
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from our Platform

3. Account Registration

When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.

4. Use License and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CashJugaad Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any laws
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person
• Post spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the Platform's functionality

5. Cashback and Rewards

CashJugaad offers cashback rewards and promotional benefits as described on our Platform. Please note:

• Cashback amounts are subject to change without notice
• Cashback is credited only for valid, completed transactions
• Refunds or cancellations may result in cashback reversal
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue cashback programs
• Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cashback must be used within the specified validity period

We reserve the right to investigate and deny cashback for suspicious or fraudulent activities.

5.1 Cashback Confirmation and Withdrawal Timeline

Once you shop through CashJugaad, your cashback follows this lifecycle:

• Your order is typically confirmed by the brand within 48-72 hours, after which the cashback amount appears in your CashJugaad wallet as "Pending"
• Cashback stays "Pending" for the brand's return/exchange period, which typically runs 45-60 days and varies from brand to brand
• Once that return period ends without a cancellation or return, the cashback automatically converts to "Withdrawable"
• Withdrawal processing timelines can also vary by brand and are shown in your wallet activity

CashJugaad tracks and credits cashback based solely on the order confirmation and return status we receive from the brand. We are not responsible for order shipping, delivery, product quality, or fulfillment issues — for anything related to your order itself, you must contact the brand you purchased from directly. CashJugaad's role is limited to crediting cashback once the brand confirms the transaction.

6. Referral Program

CashJugaad's Refer & Earn program rewards you and your friend when someone you refer signs up with your referral link and completes a qualifying purchase. Please note:

• Referral reward amounts are shown on the Refer & Earn page and may change from time to time
• Rewards are credited only after your friend's first purchase is confirmed
• We may run limited-time bonus campaigns with different reward amounts
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraudulent signups or self-referrals

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The CashJugaad Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and conditions. Please review their privacy policies and terms before engaging with them.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• CashJugaad is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services
• We are not responsible for lost profits or data
• We make no warranty regarding availability or accuracy

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CashJugaad, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination

CashJugaad reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of any outstanding balances
• Any other reason at our discretion

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
