Question 1

How does CashJugaad work?

Accepted Answer

CashJugaad is a cashback platform that rewards you for shopping at your favorite brands. Simply visit a brand through CashJugaad, shop normally, and earn cashback on your purchase. The cashback amount varies by brand and product category. Your order is typically confirmed by the brand within 48-72 hours, after which the cashback amount appears in your wallet as "Pending". It becomes "Withdrawable" once the brand's return/exchange period ends.

Question 2

What is "Pending" cashback?

Accepted Answer

Pending cashback is the amount that has been credited to your account after your order is confirmed by the brand (usually within 48-72 hours) but is still within that brand's return/exchange period, which typically runs 45-60 days and can vary from brand to brand. During this time, the cashback remains pending because the order could still be cancelled or returned. Once the return period ends, it automatically converts to "Withdrawable" cashback.

Question 3

What is "Withdrawable" cashback?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawable cashback is the amount that has been fully confirmed and is ready to be withdrawn to your bank account or wallet. This cashback has passed the return period and the transaction is final. You can withdraw this amount at any time using the "Withdraw Now" button in your wallet.

Question 4

What happens if my order is cancelled or rejected?

Accepted Answer

If your order is cancelled or rejected before the return period ends, the corresponding cashback will be automatically reversed and removed from your pending balance. No cashback will be credited for cancelled or rejected orders. Make sure to check your order status regularly to track any cancellations.

Question 5

How long does it take for cashback to become withdrawable?

Accepted Answer

Cashback typically becomes withdrawable after 45-60 days, depending on the brand and product category. This period accounts for the brand's return/exchange window, and the exact number of days can vary from brand to brand. You can track the exact status of each transaction in your cashback history. Once the status changes to "Confirmed", it means your cashback is now withdrawable.

Question 6

What payment methods can I use to withdraw my cashback?

Accepted Answer

You can withdraw your cashback directly to your bank account via direct bank transfer. We support withdrawals to all major Indian banks. Simply provide your bank account details and initiate the withdrawal. The amount will be transferred within 2-3 business days.

Question 7

Is there a minimum amount required to withdraw cashback?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. If your withdrawable cashback is less than ₹100, you need to wait until you accumulate more cashback before you can make a withdrawal.

Question 8

Can I refer friends and earn extra cashback?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! CashJugaad has a referral program that rewards both you and your friends. Share your unique referral link with friends. When they sign up using your link and make their first purchase, you both earn bonus cashback. The more friends you refer, the more you earn!

Question 9

Are there any fees or charges for using CashJugaad?

Accepted Answer

No, CashJugaad is completely free to use! There are no registration fees, subscription charges, or hidden costs. You only earn cashback when you shop through our platform. All features are available to all users at no cost.

Question 10

What should I do if I haven't received my cashback?

Accepted Answer

If you haven't received your expected cashback, first check your wallet to see if it's showing as pending. If it's been more than the expected return period and your cashback is still pending, verify that your order was actually completed on the brand's website. You can also contact our Help Center for assistance with investigating the issue.

Question 11

Where do I track my order or report a problem with a product?

Accepted Answer

CashJugaad only tracks and credits your cashback based on the order confirmation we receive from the brand — we don't handle order shipping, delivery, or product issues. For anything related to your order itself (delivery status, damaged items, returns, refunds, or cancellations), please check directly with the brand you purchased from. Your cashback status in CashJugaad will update automatically once the brand confirms or completes the order on their end.
