You can delete your CashJugaad account at any time from your profile menu. Before you delete it, please withdraw any available wallet balance. Once your account is deleted, any remaining balance and pending cashback can no longer be claimed.

When you delete your account:

• Your profile is removed and you are signed out on all devices straight away.
• We keep a private record of your account details (name, email, mobile number) and your wallet balance at the time of deletion for 30 days. This is used only to handle recovery requests and claims, and to prevent fraud.
• During these 30 days, the same email address or mobile number can't be used to create a new account — you can ask us to recover the deleted one instead.
• After 30 days, this record is permanently removed and your account can no longer be recovered.
• Cashback and payment records that no longer identify you may be kept longer where required for accounting, tax or legal purposes.

Want your account back? Email us within 30 days of deleting it, from the email address or with the mobile number linked to the account, at the address listed in the Contact Us section below. We will verify your request and restore your account with its wallet and history.
